Since 1541, Antigua’s Hacienda Carmona has been a cornerstone of Guatemalan coffee history, now home to the classic Finca Pulcal. The Zelaya family has guided the estate since the late 1800s, preserving original varieties like red and yellow Bourbón and Typica. Grown in the unique microclimate of the Antigua Valley, this coffee is meticulously processed using pure mountain spring water. Today, under the leadership of Luis Pedro and Ricardo Zelaya, the farm continues to innovate, introducing new varieties while honoring its heritage.
